Tokyo Story (Tokyo monogatari)
Pasangan tua Shukishi dan Tomi Hirayama tinggal di desa pesisir Onomichi dengan putri bungsu mereka, Kyoko. Merindukan anak-anak mereka di Tokyo dan Osaka, mereka memutuskan untuk mengunjungi mereka. Namun, Koichi, Shige, dan Keiso justru menganggap kehadiran orang tua sebagai beban, bahkan mengirim mereka ke resort murah. Hanya Noriko, menantu mereka yang janda, yang tulus merawat mereka.
