Empat sahabat—Will, Simon, Jay, dan Neil—baru lulus SMA dengan status sosial . Simon baru diputus Carli, cinta masa kecilnya, dan untuk melupakannya, mereka memutuskan berlibur ke Malia, Kreta. Jay yakin bisa dapat gadis mana pun dengan uang warisannya, Neil bingung soal batasan selingkuh, Will ingin liburan berbudaya, sementara Simon masih terobsesi Carli. Nasib berubah saat mereka bertemu empat turis Inggris: Alison, Lucy, Jane, dan Lisa. Tapi masalah baru muncul—Will terlalu culun untuk Alison, Jay malu pacaran dengan Jane yang gemuk, Neil memperlakukan Lisa seperti mainan, dan Simon buta akan perasaan Lucy.
