Karen White, seorang jurnalis, dikejar-kejar oleh teror pembunuh berantai Eddie Quist yang mengganggunya lewat telepon. Setelah insiden penembakan di sebuah klub, Karen trauma dan kehilangan ingatan. Untuk pulih, ia mengunjungi The Colony, tempat peristirahatan terpencil dengan penduduk yang terlalu ramah... dan aneh.
