Sejarawan museum Kedah, Daud, yang mengidap kanker stadium empat, menghabiskan sisa hidupnya dengan menelusuri jejak perjalanan Raja Siam yang digunakan untuk mengirim bunga emas dan perak Sultan Kedah pada 1803–1910. Tujuannya: menemukan jawaban atas hilangnya sang istri dalam perjalanan sebelumnya.
