Di kedalaman Serbia yang gelap, Baron Frankenstein dan istrinya yang sekaligus saudarinya, Katrin, mengejar mimpi gila menciptakan ras super. Dengan mayat-mayat yang dijahit dan nafsu yang tak terkendali, sang Baron mencari otak sempurna untuk makhluk prianya, tetapi kesalahan fatal mengubah segalanya.
